    When a horse is sold the halter is given back. But when cattle are sold, the man that sells the cattle keeps the halter, if there is a halter in question but a halter is not used much with cattle.
    The 9th September and the 16th October are two noted fairs held in the town of Kells.
    There are no specail fairs held for sheep or bonhams or horses.
