- If you come across a black snail when not looking for one, rub it to the warts and then stick it on a thorn. as the snail withers on the thorn the warts will disappear.
- When an ash stick is in the fire, the end farthest from the fire steams and sap oozes out of it. Take this sap on a spoon and pour it into the ear that is sore and it will cure the pain.
