Tobar Phadraig:-In Robinson's field at Kilmaglish.
Cabhra Well:-On Knock Eyon. A "wishing" well on the alter stone of St Eyon's Chapel. This well was visited on 1st Sunday in August. This custom has ceased. Pins, hairpins, garters, coppers are left at the well. - Harmful Weeds:-Prassagh, Rag weed, Spunk Scul(?) black head, fairy flax, SorrellThey spread rapidly and impoverish the soil
Herbs:-Thistles grow on good land.
Medicinal Plants:-Dandelions for purifying blood and for kidney trouble
Pile wort :-Made into ointment and used for Piles(continues on next page)
