    stories. Something similar to this are told in different parts of this district There are caves + one or two prised up stones which are supposed to date back to Pagan times.
    This Pool may be in Johnson's Field below Coosan school. In it is a big swamp which is never dry even in Summer.
    The stones referred to are in the land of Mr Sweeney (John) Clonbrusk. Supposed to be druid altars.
