    the cish with a bowl of milk and a pinch of salt. When they had that meal finished they went to bed. They had no cups at that time so they used bowl and mugs.
    The people were very strong and hardy long ago because they ate plain food. An old man told me that in his grand-father's time the people brought sound sets of teeth to the grave with them, because they ate oatmeal bread.
