  1. Once there was a young priest named Father Duffy curate in Drumlish. He was lodged in Patrick Reillys of Lettergullion. There was a young married woman with a baby three months old. She was taken by the Good People. This priest was very sorry for her husband. He went to the house and said prayers over her till he brought her back. Every night afterwards a little girl used to come to his window, asking him for money to buy clothes. He used to tell her to get off. Afterwards she came three nights in succession, asking him to come with her as they wanted him. On Sunday morning when he was coming from saying Mass in Drumlish he fell from his horse and was drowned in a
