    people use the nettle's roots for medicine when they have the measles. They boil the roots and take them. The (toothache) Chicken weed is good for a toothache. Boil them and put it to the tooth. The herbs people take for food are Lettuce, Carrots, sage, cabbage, Leeks, onions, chives parsnips, celery, and turnips. The herbs that animals get for food are meadow sweet thistle, Dandelion and mangels. People put ivy with clothes when they are washing them to keep them from fading. If you drank the honey out of flowers it would poison you.
