    the well again. When she came near the well a big black calf jumped out of it, and ran round the neighbouring fields. Every where he went the water followed until the neighbourhood was a mass of water. The calf, exhausted, fell and fell into the water.
    The Lough is there to this day and it is called Lough Gowna.
