The cure is a prayer that he says on the thread and he has certain days for making it. George Robinson of Ballinalee has the cure of the burn which he makes out of grease and other things. J.J. Gormley of Lettergunnell has the cure of worms. It is a sealed prayer that you wear in your clothes. Patrick Callaghan of Esker has the cure of the warts.
