  1. In this district birds are very plentiful especially around my home because there are a great many trees about it. I will mention some of the most common the crow, the blackbird, the robin, the yellow hammer, the magpie, the thrush and a great many others.
    The crow and the magpie build their nests on the top of trees. They begin to build early in the month of March and during that month they and all the other birds be very busy bringing material to make the nest and to making it.
