  1. The shopping customs in this country are very peculiar and differ very much from those of other countries.
    The goods are imported in Dublin and Cork. The wholesalers buy these imports and sell them in large quantities to the shopkeepers in cities, towns and villages throughout the country. The shopkeepers then sell them to the people.
