  1. A man named Patrick Tobin was coming from a fair in Enniscorthy.
    When he arrived in New Ross it was very late at night and very dark. He was walking along the quay on his way home. He missed his way amd fell out over the edge of the quay into the water and was drowned. This man lived in Ballykelly and it happened about six or seven years found by men ho even years ago.
