- The churn is an end-over-end churn. It is in a frame worked on rollers. Turn the handle and the churn spins round. There is an air tap fitted on the lid.
When churning is begun the air tap is to be pressed to let out the air. There is a glass to let you see when churning s done.
When the glass is perfectly clear the churning is finished. The churn is 2' in height and 1 1/2' in breath.- Collector
