Agnew Family, and again with the Lowcays. Colonel Agnew was a distinguished British officer, who fought on the British side in the American War of Independence.
He died from gunshot wounds, received in the War of 1777, in Duncannon Fort and was buried in the family Vault in Ballyhack. The Stephens of Duncannon then got possession of Agnews and Robisons Place in Rosetown.
Again Dooley of Rosbercon purchased it. Now it is owned by Mr Jas Fitzgerald and is known as Rosetown House.
