    Already there were nine or ten Scottish Ranches in the Parish from which the Irish had been swept in hundreds. He had Flax Ponds and Flax Mills built at different ends of the Estate in preparation for a clearance on a larger scale.
    The whole Townsland of Ballymadder was knocked out of existence (Now supposed to be Haggard) The greater part of Coleman was made into a Ranch for Fenton. ( The family still own the place but the last descendant is a daughter who has married a Protestant called Ward. There are two children of his marriage. Another part of Coleman was given to a Bruce. Family extinct.)
    Rosetown had a Grant. Shielbaggan a Mowat a Wilson and Rob Auld.
    Haggard had a Shiels. Clonard an Elmsworth. The Planters brought over their own stock, herds and Mechanics so that the
