    "Taste the Butter" is next, by taking up every jack and taste it and catch the mould coming down. "Churn the Milk" is before taste the butter, by throwing up the mould and tapping the ground twice over each jack.
    "First Gate, Turn the style, third, fourth + cruabin, follow, which are played with the hand turned in. The next things are "cracks" and "softs" up and down, by taking up the jack and letting it crack in your hand, and drop it before another comes down "Softs" are played the same. Then all moulds are played by throwing up the mould and picking up each jack without letting them crack in your hand.
