    He stopped and went in.
    He stayed there drinking and chatting with some men that were there for about half an hour. On going out to resume his journey, the road had got so slippery that the horse was unable to travel.
    Among the men in the public house, a powerfully big man named Gregory Sinnot, of Nash. He made a bet with the other men that he would carry home the coal. He then took the horse from under the cart. He got between the shafts, and drew the cart with the ton of coal to the mans house in Terrerath.
