  1. On the occasion of a wedding it is the custom for a wedding feast to be held immediately after marriage ceremony.
    That night there is generally a dance held to which uninvited guests go as "Fools" as they are called, not "Straw Boys," in these parts. These dress in the most outlandish fashion, and all wear masks. During their stay they change their voices so as to avoid recognition. They are usually well-received and spend the time dancing, singing and playing practical jokes.
