Birds and their habits
The birds that are commonly found in my district are the robin, wrens, thrush, blackbird, sparrow, pigeons, corncrake and the cuckoo.
The swallow, cuckoo and the goldfinch migrate. In my district the robin and wren build their nests in the bushes, and banks. The thrushe's and blackbirds build in bushes. The swallow builds in the eaves of houses. The pigeon builds in a high tree. The corncrake builds in long grass. The cuckoo does not build a nest of her own, but she lays her eggs in other bird's nest's.
When the crow's caw loudly it is the sign of rain.
Then the swallow's fly low it is the sign of rain.
Birds can "talk" to one another.
