say it is going to rain.
If you hear the crickets screeching loudly in the hot it is a sign of rain.
If the rainbow comes out early in the morning it is a sign of stormy weather, but if it comes out in the evening it brings fine weather.
When the smoke goes straight up out of the chimney we are going to have fine weather, but when the wind blows it from south to north is is a sign of rain.
