    they went to visit the old Norman Castle.
    They went into every cell and turret. As they entered a dark room they heard a terrible scream. They ran as hard as they could from the castle, and found to their surprise that they were deaf. At the end of three months their hearing came back to them, and thye said they would go back to the Castle again, and see the mysterious room.
    They reached the castle but they were afraid to go in. At last one brave man went in, and the others waited for him outside. Although they waited for a long time, no man came out. They went in to look for their companion, but they could not find him and he was never seen again.
