    There is a fort or rath adjacent to the townland of Logg it is at the foot of the Hill of Cloghan facing the Slieve Bloom Mountains. It is round in Shape and is covered with trees and bushes and rocks and it is a very lonely and gloomy place after night fall. There is a legend told of a crack of gold which is supposed to be
