Breakfast, dinner and supper were the three meals.
They were eaten at nine o'clock, at two and at six.
People worked from seven until nine before their breakfast.
Breakfast consisted of porridge. Dinner of potatoes and salt. Supper of porridge.
Potatoes were only eaten for dinner.
Goats milk and cows milk were used.
The table was usually under the window or at the fire.
It was always hung up at the wall.
The bread eaten was wheaten bread.
