    No melodian could be found
And Pat in hopes to find one
    He searched the country round
From Jimmy Doyle's to Peter Goslins
    Idle journeys he did go.
From that to Dunne's in Sheilstown
Until his back bent in a bow
    III
While he was out Mick Behan of Kyle
Came with a flute to play.
And when he struck it up boys
    I heard Pat Lagan say.
Come and listen to the music boys
And cant he play it grand.
You would not hear the likes of it
    In any German band.
    Mr Fitspeeler Graham of Kyle
    Asked out one Miss O'Keefe
She pushed, she screwd and pleated
With the tuckers on her sleeves
    Paddy Mocker got so jolly
He forgot all care of life
And lately he recovered the refusing of a wife
    IV
The one Miss Rosie Graham of Kyle
    I cannot let her pass
Her fringe in thickness resembles the tail of Daltons ass
