- 1. When the frogs change their their colours from yellow to black it is the sign of rain.
2. If the soot falls down the chimney it is the sign of rain.
3. When the crows fly low, it is the sign of storm.
4. When the crows fly high in the evening, it is the sign of good weather.
5. If there is a red sky in the west in the evening it is the sign of good weather.
6. If there is a red sky in the east in the morning it is the sign of bad weather.
7. When there is a circle round the moon it is the sign of storm. If the circle is big it is a sign the storm is near. If it is a small one, it is a sign the storm is far away.
