'Would you be so unkind, as to leave me behind,
And forsake your own Knight in Drumlane."
    V
"O, no My dear Jane, it would give me great pain,
To part from my fond comrades and you.
But love bids me stay, and to not go away,
    Sweet liberty bids me pursue,
Freedom's loud call, joins those Irishmen all,
As Dan chants his voice o'er the main,
I saw my own Knight, in his armour so bright,
Leading off the young men of Drumlane.
