    We expect fine weather.
    When the moon assumes a perpendicular position, and when the sky surrounding it is bright and clear.
    When the smokes ascends directly into the air.
    When the clouds are peaceful and remaining practically in the same position for a period.
    When they do not seem to contain much vapour, and when they are light and airy.
    If the clouds are a long journey away from us, and if they are white, blue, or red.
    If the evening sky contains red clouds that cluster around the selling sun.
