    This is one that I say every night.
    "I lay myself down to sleep,"
    I give myself to Christ to keep,
    Sleep I now, wake I never,
    I give my self to Christ forever," Amen.
    This is one that I say before meals.
    "Bless O Lord, this food,
    which thou hast provided,
    and make me truely thankful." Amen
    This is one to be said after meals
    "For what I have received,
    God's Holy Name be praised" Amen
    A prayer for entering a Church.
    "Oh God who art present here,
    though I cannot see thee,
    Help me by thy Holy spirit
    Save me forever more." Amen.
    A prayer for leaving a church.
    "Pardon O Lord my wandering thoughts.
    Help me by thy Holy Spirit to love,
    and serve thee forever. Through Jesus Christ our Lord
