  1. Many of the people around here to to the forge in the town of Mullagh. The name of the Smith is Joh Tevlin.
    There is another forge in Secharn, the smith is William Reilly. A third forge is at a crossroads. Joe Mc. Entee works in it. The two last mentioned men are strangers in this country and only begun their trade a short time ago. There is a river running around Secharn forge. It is called, "the Glen forge". It got its name because there is a glen near it. There is a small house against the forge to keep the in. There is a wooden roof and a large door
