  2. There is one church in the Parish of Mullagh- "Mullagh church". It is situated near the town of Mullagh and is still in use. There is a churchyard around it where people was buried. There are ruins of an old church of former days. There is a slope in the churchyard inclined towards the lake. There are numerous tombs and monuments and crosses. These are dated at different periods for years past.
    The crosses are made of polished limestone and the railings are made of iron.
