There are no ploughs made in this district now but they used to make them in olden times. There were a lot of barrels (mak) made in this district in olden times and there were churns made also. Whip making and strap making was carried on. There was a lot of fishing carried on in this district in the rivers and lakes and some of these fisherman used to bring their catches into the tow-(continues on next page)- Collector
