- There is a Holy well in the Parish of Drung near the border of Annagh. It is supposed to be one of St. Patrick's wells as it is named Tobair Patrick's. A great number of people came to it for cures. A old lady dreamt about this well three times. This lady was blind, and she came the whole way from Dublin to the well and when she came there were three rushes growing in the well. She pulled the three rushes in the name of the Father, Son - and Holy Ghost and she went home with her sight restored.
