Black-heads is a cure for the cold and also a blood purifier. They are boiled and the juice is put into a bottle and about a glass full is taken each morning while fasting.
Dandalion is a cure for liver complaints. It is eaten raw, and not boiled.
Broom is a cure for kidney troubles. It is also boiled and the juice is drunk.
