    Rose Nobel boiled purifies the blood.
    Styan
    Pull ten gooseberry thorns and jag the styan with them unless the tenth one which is thrown away. Bless yourself while you are doing this.

    By eating raw dandelion roots.

    The seventh son has the cure of the sprain.
    Cuts
    A plantain leaf placed on the cut.
    Thrushes (in Horses)
    Blue stone placed in the crack will gradually cure it.
    Swelling
    Boiled chicken weed is applied.
    Thorn
    A bean leaf applied to a thorn will take it out.
    Bleeding
    An ivy leave stops bleeding.
