    I would praise the mansions, the farm homesteads,
    The workmen's dwellings, and all serene,
    The shady groves, and the sheltry roads
    In all directions around Parteen.
    good-bye to all and the beauteous landscape,
    And once again to each bright Colleen;
    May the bells vibration, sing our Isle a Nations
    Ere next I'm strolling in Sweet Parteen.
