Poll-An-Ass. Cappabane. The water tumbles over an immense stone, on the top of which are the prints of a man's foot, an asse's foot, and a stick. It is said that it was St. Patrick who left the print of his foot there.
The Danes' Bones. Lochyle. It is a patch of ground on which a battle was fought between the Danes and the Irish, and the Danes who were killed, were buried there.
