    them time, but the magority of them were very cruel harsh men and if the tenants had not the rent when they would call for it they would evict them immediately. Another way they showed their cruelty was when they saw any of the tenants getting on well they rose the rent.
    The name of the landlord in my district was Lord Tynan. Like the majority of the landlords he was a cruel harsh man and he evicted many of his tenants. Some of these tenants and their children had to go to the workhouse as they were poor and had no other way to optain another position in live. Others of them emigrated
