The old people always used those herbs as cures for diseases.
Some of those cures are as follows, if a person got a burn of a nettle, a cure for it is a dock-leaf rubbed to it.
A cure for rheumatism is this, cumpfrey boiled and the juice rubbed to the place where the rheumatism is,
A cure for a cold is garlic boiled, and the juice drank.
