Mud walls that were in the houses .Straw feathers and the down of animals, were mixed with the mud.They put an edge of stone round the edge of the door and windows.When the mud in the walls dried it was as hard as a brick.
The floors were also made of mud and when it dried it was like cement.These floors were not uncomfortable because they spread clean sand on the ground.
