    To cure a toothache one has only to put a frog in one's mouth.
    Hot porter is a cure for the whooping cough.
    Cow-dung-hot- is a cure for a whit-low.
    Cattle suffering from black-quarter are cured if pig-rings are fastened to their tails
    A ferret's leavings cures whooping cough.
