“There was once three men walking together.”
There was once three men walking together. One was an Irishman, another a Scotchman and the the other an Englishman. The Englishman was driving a cow, the Scotchman a horse, and the Irishman had a cart. Just then a guard came along, and thinking that they had stolen them he asked the Englishman where did he get the cow, and he said he reared her since she was a calf. He asked the Scotchman where did he get the horse and he said he reared it since it was a foal. Then he asked the Irishman where he got the cart. "Ah," he said, "I reared it since it was a wheelbarrow."- Collector
