We have cows, pigs, an ass, and a horse at home. The names of the cows are msoilin and bo-breac. When a man is driving the cows he says haba, gab amac. Rushes and old straw is put for bedding. Their tyings cromnasc, uaircean. A horse-shoe is nailed to the cowhouse door for luck.
The hens are called to their feeding cioc, cioc. The ducks are called fuit-fuit. The pigs are called kuris and the calves are called suc, suc, and the lambs are called Ma,Ma.
