    Long ago the people used eat for breakfast potatoes and a mug of (sower) milk and they used eat no cakes as we have now but they used make oat meal cakes or griddle cakes.
    The people were very healthy and they brought new sets of teeth to the graves with them on (accout) account of the healthy food they used eat.
