    He then went off and the long black hand gripped on to the horse’s mane. Then the witch died and when O’Hyne was on his way back to the castle the long black hand went from the horse’s mane and it split a big bush that was near the side of the road.
    When he reached the castle he went in and all the people were delighted when they heard his story.
    Then he was entitled to 30 ? of land, and all Andrew Lynch had promised him.
