    churns that used to be used long ago. All the churns that are used now and the churns used long ago were made of wood.
    In this district the people make butter once a week in Winter and twice a week in Summer.
    The c woman of the house churns and whenever a neighbour or any stranger comes into the house she makes them help her to churn because the old people long ago thought that if anyone came in to the house when they were churning that they could bring the butter on them and some of the old people have some of those false ideas
