The cow-house is often called the stall. The stall is a very big house. There are sixteen bails in one of our stalls. The cows put their heads into the stalls and then they are closed.
If the cows were cross we would spansil them and some people 'nose' them. Pigs, goats and sheep are other animals. Sheep are very easy to frighten, when they hear thunder they will make for the house. Corrections
