in Summer and once a week during Winter. It is a old custom that when any stranger comes in while churning is in progress they should always take a greas of the churn. The butter is made in a half an hour in a churn. The churn is always made with the hand. The churn staff is lifted up and down to make the butter. When the butter is made water is poured in to wash the butter milk from the butter.
