    There are three forges in this parish. The smiths are Patrick Mahony and Robert Mahony and John Barry. Their people have been smiths for many years. There are two of them situated in Duagh and one in Trieneragh. They are all situated on the side of the road. There is a bellows and an anvil and a fireplace and a trough for water.
