fine weather. We get frost and snow from the North wind and when the south wind blow we get fine weather. People who are living near the sea shore can judge whether it is going to rain or not. If the moon and stars grow dull and a ring encircles the moon rain will follow. If the moon looks pale or dim we expect rain, if red we get wind and if not has her natural colour with the clear sky fair weather.
