  1. The children make little beehive traps which they called cribs for catching birds. They first weaved a basket and when they had it very narrow at the top they bent a long sally and stuck it through. Then they put another thing at the end of it and put some stuff on it so that when the bird would hop on it he would stick to it and the basket would drop down.
